Privacy Policy

InZanePrints respects your privacy. Co-Parenting HQ is designed so that the records you enter remain under your control and are stored in a Google Sheet in your own Google account when you connect Google.

Information the app accesses

When you connect Google, the app requests the Google OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. This permits access to files created by the app or files you explicitly choose for use with the app. It does not provide blanket access to every file in your Google Drive.

The app may read and write co-parenting organisation information in your connected spreadsheet, such as parenting schedules, handovers, child profiles, shared expenses, reimbursements, school items, appointments, activities, tasks, communication notes, contacts, document references, and emergency information.

How Google user data is used

• To create or open your Co-Parenting HQ spreadsheet.
• To display connected information in the dashboard, calendar, and modules.
• To add, edit, delete, and synchronise records you choose to manage through the app.
• To calculate dashboard summaries from the information in your connected spreadsheet.

InZanePrints does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Where your planner data is stored

The contents of your Co-Parenting HQ are stored in the Google Sheet in your Google account. InZanePrints does not operate a separate database containing the contents of that spreadsheet.

Some presentation settings, such as sticker positions and timezone preferences, may be stored locally in your browser.

Google authorization and secure session cookie

Google authorization uses Google Identity Services and an authorization-code flow. A long-lived Google refresh token may be stored inside an encrypted, HttpOnly, Secure browser cookie so the app can renew short-lived Google access tokens without asking you to select the same spreadsheet after every refresh. The refresh token is not exposed to page JavaScript or stored in localStorage/sessionStorage. Short-lived access tokens may be returned to the app in memory so it can call Google APIs on your behalf.

The encrypted session cookie is processed by Cloudflare Pages Functions. Its encryption key is stored as a Cloudflare secret and is not shipped with the website files.

Third-party services

The app uses Google Identity Services, Google Drive/Sheets APIs, and Cloudflare Pages/Pages Functions. These providers may process technical information necessary to deliver their services under their own privacy practices.

Google API Limited Use

InZanePrints' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data sharing

InZanePrints does not sell or rent your co-parenting records. Google user data accessed by the app is used only to provide the user-facing functionality described above, except where disclosure is required by law.

Retention and deletion

You control the spreadsheet in Google Drive and may delete it at any time. You may revoke the app's Google access from your Google Account permissions. Clearing this site's cookies removes the local encrypted login session from that browser. Clearing browser storage removes local presentation settings.

Children's privacy

This product is intended to be purchased and operated by an adult. It is not designed for children to create Google-connected accounts directly.

Important limitation

Co-Parenting HQ is an organisation and record-management tool. It is not legal advice, a custody authority, a court evidence system, or medical advice.
